What is the normal shipping time
We at Americas's Pet Tags try to ship all orders as follows: If you order over the telephone, fax or internet with a credit card, expect your order to be shipped in the next 3 to 4 weeks. If you order through the mail with a check or money order, expect your order between 4 to 6 weeks.
Will the stainless steel tarnish or turn colors?
No
How do I go about returning a tag for a correction?
Americas's Pet Tags is not responsible for customers errors, so please check order carefully. All tags should be shipped in a secure envelope. For your own protection we suggest sending it certified or insured in a secure envelope.
